Following the outbreak of coronavirus in the Stavanger area and the implications this has on our every day working and living habits we are currently only offering online sessions. From the 1st of June 2020 we will however be starting to offer face-to-face sessions once again.
Many of you may be feeling anxious and uncertain at this time. Remember to engage in those systems which keep you well, in particular sleep, movement and connection (even if it is only online). Read the news and keep yourself informed, but don’t let this absorb your every waking minute. Get outside, where it is safe to do so, and enjoy the quiet nature and light around you. Most importantly take care of yourself and those around you at this time.
