Sessions are either single, 45 minutes, or double, 90 minutes, in duration. For the initial assessment appointment please book a double session (90minutes) as this allows both you and Dr. McCaffrey time to get to know one another, begin to talk through the story that has brought you into therapy, and develop some shared goals for therapy itself. Thereafter, you can choose for yourself whether you would like a single or double appointment.
All appointments are automatically booked to take place in our Stavanger clinic. If however you would like to have the appointment online this is no problem, please just leave us a note about it in the comments session.

CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a 48 hour cancellation policy at the clinic therefore if you are unable to attend this appointment for whatever reason please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that you will be charged 100% of the fee for all non-attended appointments that are not cancelled.
